My name is Chelsea Putnam and I am here to offer you tattooing services of many kinds! Looking for a meaningful tattoo but need help designing it? Want something small with thin delicate lines? Or maybe a larger and more complex design with shading and/or color? Then I am your artist!

Not only do I offer creative tattooing services but I also offer “paramedical” tattooing. Through this method, I can repair certain scars, camouflage certain blemishes, birthmarks, stretch marks, hypopigmentation, and hyperpigmentation. I do this through color theory and color matching existing skin tones and tints with pigments or permanent inks. I apply these with similar tattooing methods used in creative tattooing with numbing creams applied.

A little background, I have my Bachelor Of Fine Arts from Pacific Lutheran University and have been creating and practicing visual arts for 20+ years! Also, I taught Middle school and High School Art for 6 years and taught privately for the last 10 years. I have a passion for the fine arts and have been able to apply my understanding of the principles of design and elements of art to my work. Whether that be an advanced understanding of color theory, ability to offer custom designs, or just some design refinement on an idea the client already has.
